Kaya 88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for All Malaysian Members

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

Use of the kaya 88 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. kaya 88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close the account of any member found not to meet these requirements.

• A valid Malaysian citizen or resident with a residential address within Malaysia.
• Never been declared bankrupt or subject to debt management proceedings under any Malaysian law.
• Not listed as a self-excluded individual by any relevant authority in Malaysia.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's identity.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the kaya 88 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name.
• A valid email address that you actively access.
• Your exact date of birth for age verification.
• Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

Kaya 88 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM2,000. Members who fail to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may have their withdrawal capability temporarily suspended.

Kaya 88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are local Malaysian options. Deposits made through any method not listed below will not be processed and will be returned after applicable processing fees are deducted.

All deposits are processed in MYR (RM). Your kaya 88 account can only hold a balance in RM. kaya 88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control.

Kaya 88 aims to process all valid withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for standard amounts. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction.
• Maximum standard withdrawal amount: RM10,000 per day.
• Kaya 88 VIP Members enjoy higher daily withdrawal limits based on their membership tier.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM2,000 may require KYC verification if not yet completed.

Kaya 88 reserves the right to conduct security checks on any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or unusual. In such cases, processing may take up to 3 business days to complete the review. Members will be notified via email or SMS if their request is subject to additional scrutiny.

Kaya 88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and loyal members. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions outlined in the relevant promotion terms. The general conditions applicable to all kaya 88 bonuses are as follows:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, or per device unless otherwise stated.

• All casino games use an RNG system that has been audited and certified by internationally accredited independent bodies.
• Live dealer tables use real physical cards dealt by professional human dealers in certified studios.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Any bets placed during a technical disruption or system error are void and will be fully refunded.
• Game outcomes recorded by the kaya 88 system are final unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• Kaya 88 reserves the right to suspend or void any game where there is evidence of fraud, collusion, or manipulation.

Kaya 88 members are expected to conduct themselves responsibly, honestly, and with respect toward other members and platform staff. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Using automation software, bots, or other technological tools to play games automatically.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or multiplayer games.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using a stolen credit/debit card.

• Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.

Kaya 88 members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any eligible balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the member once processing is complete.

Kaya 88 also reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, misuse, or any illegal activity involving the kaya 88 platform.
• The requirement to comply with directions from Malaysian legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Member found to have shared login credentials with a third party.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

Kaya 88 operates in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of members' personal data are carried out in accordance with the kaya 88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
